"This week has been a whirlwind. I have to pinch myself as I wake up in central London. I am Miss World!
The snow is falling outside across the park and it looks 
beautiful. I have a busy day, I’m flying home to Gibraltar this afternoon and there is a huge celebration planned for me. The government have been on the phone and they have arranged for a private jet to take me from Heathrow to Gibraltar airport.
I have seen the celebrations in Gibraltar on the news and the internet, it is incredible. I feel so proud to have support from home and it makes me realise that we are such a close community. I was told that the fireworks they used in Gibraltar when I won were meant for national New Year's celebrations. Now they have to buy new ones for January 1st!" ( Miss World 2009-December 17th )
